- Does Nod write or buy reviews?
- No. Nod never writes, buys, incentivizes or filters reviews. It only drafts replies to the reviews your customers leave.
- Will it reply to something without asking me?
- Only if you have a rule that allows it, and never for negative or sensitive reviews. You can turn every rule off and approve everything yourself.
- What can Nod do on my Google account?
- With your permission, it reads your business profile and reviews, and posts the replies you approve. You can disconnect it at any time.
- How long does it take each day?
